What's the best thing you've done to take care of your mental health?

Left my teaching job to do my own thing. 20 years in the classroom was enough - I needed a new challenge. Best decision I ever made career-wise

I find that morning walks really calms my mind and sets the mood for the day. 😌

Don't be afraid to confront an unpleasant situation and face it head on, especially if I know it will benefit me in my personal and professional life. It is always challenging, but I can find that it becomes easier and easier with each case.

Reading always brings me back to peace and sanity. If I can't get into a book, I will choose to hang out to see the world: a tree, a cat, a dog, etc.

I use HiDock to record my important meetings, so I don't struggle on details and keep relax.
