Setting boundaries and not being afraid to enforce them. Not just for work either, but in personal relationships as well.

For me and right after the Pandemic started it was to start focusing less on what I could not control and more on what I could control. Very good question @indu_thangamuthu

Optimizing my food transformed my life. I started a meal plan and it did two things. 1. It saved time and removed the stress around "What should I eat next?" Reducing this cognitive load doesn't feel like a big deal, but it makes all the difference. 2. It improved my focus, made my emotions more even, and even improved my routines like sleep patterns.

One of the most surprising things that helped me mentally was giving myself permission to explore casual connections without pressure. I started using https://www.iwanthookup.com just to meet people, talk, flirt, whatever felt right in the moment. It made me feel more alive and less isolated, especially during stressful weeks. Not everything has to lead to something deep - sometimes feeling seen is enough.
