What's the first thing you do when working on a new idea?

Pen and paper. I do all my planning on pen and paper.

Brainstorm (to figure out the details). Design (letting my creative imagination run wild). Improve (share with the world, get feedback, make it more meaningful). 🤓🚀

make a clear plan first always

I would write it down as soon as possible. I wanna a good tool to encourage myself to do this, like recording something?

domain + social accounts ==> no launched products :(

Call (yes, call) my friend, @kateferrara, and start the convo with "yo, wouldn't it be cool if [fill in the blank]" She checks me — sometimes my ideas are, in fact, not cool. Then we spend the next 20-30 minutes searching the interwebs for competitors, throwing out ideas to build on the initial concept, brainstorming a name, searching for domains, and if it feels right, we jump right in.

First, I outline the general tasks. in notepad or google table. Then I go through the tasks, paint them, and visualize them (through mockups)

I go on Pinterest to see if my competitors are there haha. I'm just in love with Pinterest and luckily my competition doesn't care to be active there. Then, I create accounts on all social media platforms.

Hmm let's see, I find me the nicest paper, the least used pen and before you know it I am typing away on my laptop :) Jokes aside, as an introverted product person I face my fears by talking to as many people I can find and get feedback on the idea so I fail faster if I have to.

First of all, I formulate a plan, that the work on this is to start from where and what to do. After that I take the help of Google, to what extent this is going to be right, and I also think, what can I do for the best result as soon as possible.
