What's the first thing you do when working on a new idea?

First of all, I formulate a plan, that the work on this is to start from where and what to do. After that I take the help of Google, to what extent this is going to be right, and I also think, what can I do for the best result as soon as possible.

Check if domain and social accounts are available

1. Check if someone does the same. If yes -> what is your added value/ How your solution will be different. If not -> why? 2. Ask people if they really have a problem which your idea tries to solve. 3. Think about the MVP. What is the minimum value you can deliver to validate the assumptions?

First of all I write this idea in notes, then I start research: read about it in different sources, ask question and tell about it people who can understand me.

I personally look for inspiration. I do web design, and for me inspiration is the most important thing. I think you should start with that too. Find something that inspires you. It doesn't have to be one thing or one picture. It can be anything. Personally, I spent a lot of time making flyers for nightclubs and looking at what they were like on various free services. I even tried to find something suitable from free flyer templates download https://www.elegantflyer.com/cat... . Early in my career, I couldn't come up with anything of my own. And that's absolutely fine. I want to tell you not to worry about it. Just try to do it again, but in your own way. You have to be aware of what you are doing.

for me first thing to do is to think about people, who will benefit from the realization of my idea, and to understand, if the realization is necessary

I would test my idea by sharing it on PH, Reddit, Twitter, other platforms and addressing the real problem of people. Then would work on planning and Implementation with a checklist to track the progress that contains KPI. I have done this on BotPenguin( https://botpenguin.com/) got good results.

I try to simplify my idea first, next – go to my relatives. If they catch the idea – it's a good start point to create MVP 🦄

It's a practice I picked up when starting working at walkover.in, always have a notepad & a pen handy so whenever anything pops up, note it down that moment. This way I never lose out on any thought/idea.
