What's the most valuable lesson you've learned from collaborating with others?

Being honest and respectful from the very beginning is a key for me. We grow as a team just because of those two things — helps us appreciate any opinion, also question things and get to the most creative solutions. And it’s important to know there’re different fazes of team collaboration: forming-storming-norming-performing. Based on that we’re pretty self aware why we fight today haha and it will be better tomorrow.

As long as you're targeting the correct parters, partnerships/collabs can be a great way to appeal to a new audience or even a great way to enter a similar but new niche in a certain market.

Creating a process for collaboration upfront and overcommunicating it is invaluable. Being able to use a shared Google sheet with a common system/process across the team on how to measure our KPIs aligns everyone towards the same goal.

Learning to compromise and also learning more from other people's ideas, as they have a different perspective and different experiences.
