Respect to others, is the easy thing to forget, but is truly the essential part for building collaboration.
Cooperation with people from different countries, with different mentalities and professions has taught me to approach goals and tasks more thoughtfully and to take into account the interests of others. It is this, as well as mutual support and trust, that helps to achieve results easily and quickly.

Not everyone has the same communication style. Eventually you’ll come across a colleague that doesn’t get it because they don’t process information the same way that you do. Being able to envision yourself as the other individual or group and their response to your explanations or solutions can dramatically improve the collaboration effectiveness.
