What's your favorite note-taking/productivity tool and why?
by•
I'm doing some research about what you like the most about whatever note-taking/productivity tool that you can't live without.
For my side, I love the simplicity and easy-setup about the tables that Notion offers, to quickly organize my finances, I definitely can't live without it. 🤔
What about you? Also, is there any improvement that you would like to see regarding your picking?

Best
Notion is a great one! I used to use notability a lot when I was in college--I think thats the best for notetaking if you want the ability to write, add images, etc.
Apple notes is the most convenient especially if you are an apple user, but has limited functionality and isn't ideal for if you are trying to share notes with a team

Notiv is great for meeting notes. It also records, transcribes and summarizes. Great productivity hack. I also use Notion and Slack.

I use Notion + Upnote (https://www.producthunt.com/post...). Notion for the long term info is perfect, but the giant structure and loading speed is not suit for quick note. So, I use UpNote for the purpose, it's simple, elegant, and very quick. Also, the best thing is the speed of cross-platform sync and One-Time Payment! (I am so tired about anything I used need to subscribe 😩)
Call me cliché but I am a traditional Notepad guy. It gets me going and keeps me productive without any distractions. Yes, Notion is great but I would not solely depend on it!

I have tried pretty much all of them, I tried making Notion a part of my toolkit, Bear, Evernote etc. but I always find myself defaulting to Apple Notes. It's just simple, minimal, convenient and across all my devices. It just works!

OneNote is definitely worth using) or maybe this is just a default app that everyone started using and didn't complain but for me it works very well indeed)
