What's your favorite note-taking/productivity tool and why?

I'm doing some research about what you like the most about whatever note-taking/productivity tool that you can't live without. For my side, I love the simplicity and easy-setup about the tables that Notion offers, to quickly organize my finances, I definitely can't live without it. 🤔 What about you? Also, is there any improvement that you would like to see regarding your picking?

I think Google Keep covers it for the most part. Notion is we're looking for a rounded productivity tool.

I am a tech writer and it is very important for me to take notes for moth my articles and my books. But it is a very big problem that I cannot solve it. As I read the comments most people need to find whenthe note is needed. Best search feature is on Evernote. But it happens to me several times that when I bought the premium version on the middleof the year couldnt share anything with evernote. The app gives API error and become mulfunction. So I tried notion. Somehow i ouldnt like it. Try mendeley (it is a great for me since most of my notes are texts. but it doesnt take notes in every pages. Sometimes have probs with pdf's) , than try different types of products now I have two... Instapaper and WhatsApp ... I have a whatsapp group with only me. That is working for every kind of notes and instapaper. Sometimes I used Safari (read later) but couldnt find a great app that takes all my information and index it. So I can search...

Btw it is 2021 and I dont want to organize my data. I want the app do it for me and give me absolute data I need when I asked. No matter it will do it via AI r hybrid cloud or anything else.

I started with Evernote then migrate to Google Keep. I'm still using it, especially with team mate cause it doesn't require any additional payment when you add someone to share or edit your notes... but now I'm 100% Notion.
