IT Delivery Lead here! Automating filling in timesheets would be amazing. We need to be very strict and detailed for each hour/half hour, so it takes lots of time.
We produce videos for various B2B/SaaS companies, which means we spend a good amount of time preparing things before the cameras even start filming. I'd really love a button that would set up the scene immediately so we can just film right away without having to worry about angles and bad lighting. Sounds like a far-fetched dream but hey, it's a nice one regardless.

Hi Bart! I am the Social Media Director for MarketingBox. I plan, create, edit, publish, etc all of our content for our social channels including our podcast and YouTube channel. I would love to automate responding to comments and posting to reels/stories. Although Instagram now allows you to schedule reels, most social media planning tools like Hootsuite don't make this process seamless.

As a co-founder, one of my top priorities is to streamline our operations and make our workflows as efficient as possible. To achieve this, I believe that automating the majority of our grunt work is essential. For instance, tasks such as moving data between systems can be automated to save time and reduce errors. By automating these types of tasks, we can free up our team's time and energy to focus on more critical aspects of our business.

Client Solutions Manager. A bigger portion of my day goes delegating tasks and then checking those when they come back. Not sure any of these can be automated as I am really picky about quality of work, also not sure the way i know my team members as thats how i delegate based on capabilities, an ai-tool will be able to do that( i can be wrong) 😅
