I personally love archery, it helps me improve my balance and focus, and of course it's fun to shoot arrows at something, even if it's an empty target.
Surf! Get in the sea as much as you can. That, and getting obsessively into coffee (@alara_akcasiz, what's your brew of choice?)

When I'm stressed, I will find an activity that makes me sweat and release my mind => so I choose dancing. :D
Recently I started building things with Lego at night in an attempt to stop using my phone before sleeping and it has been quite engrossing.
I also like running in the mornings to clear my head and start the day.
It's not a new one but I stopped for few years : hanging out on Reddit.
If you're in the right subreddits, you can learn a lot and really challenge your ideas.
