We are witnessing social media moving at an unbelievable pace. You wake up everyday learning about new trends. With all the hype around meta not being able to match the expectations, to Elon Musk doing some peculiar activities with Twitter. Are we about to jump into the new dimension of social media? If yes, then what are your thoughts?

I believe social media will grow from strength to strength. Mainstream media will prioritise social media over traditional methods such as newspapers and tv. You can see the rise of non traditional media outlets such as LadBible having a great worldwide reach and that's because screen time is transitioning to online viewers as opposed to television. The content online is of much higher quality than the early days of the internet and this will attract even more viewers. Social media wins by a land slide with the younger generations aswell and I see it getting more popular year by year.

@customuniforms No doubt about the increasing popularity. But, how will SM sustain this in the long run? There will come an eventual downfall. Let's see how we recover SM from it?

Time flies, just 25 years ago we started getting a glimpse of social media, it took 10 years for social media to prove itself, and now we are seeing the need for new social media tools. One of the biggest reasons why social media drowned is still the same problem (the problem of fake news) whoever solves that would be winner for at least 1 century.
