One hour after waking up and getting that first cup of coffee.

Usually when I’m in the right frame of mind so can be anytime!

6:30am -> 11am mostly

Early in the morning when no one is still awake 😄

When I have had enough sleep

I'd say from about 8am to around 1pm, after a good night of sleep and a cup of coffee, with notifications silenced and my phone in a drawer out of sight, and with a clear list of priorities.
