When do you first check your social media in the day?

a. As soon as I get up I am a Marketing Manager at a software company. Social media accounts are my first priority so I always check my social media for updates As soon as I get up.

Generally, for me, it is immediately after waking up. I am in the process of changing this habit. I am moving this to 2 hours at least after waking up. Let's see how that goes.

A. Because after that, I'll barely have time to check it again for the rest of the day haha (except before falling asleep lol)

Unfortunately "a" is something I've been dealing with for a while

a. Has become the first thing I check as soon as I am up.

a. can't deny that it is really hard to live without social media

Unfortunately it's a. for me but have started implementing more structure around treating it as a reward and positive signs so far!
