⚡️ When does a change in company size mean you need a new ICP rather than just a new persona?

At a small company, the CEO may own a problem directly.

At a larger company, the same responsibility may sit with a functional leader, while someone else uses the product day to day and another controls the budget.

The problem may be the same, but the urgency, language and buying process are not.

Do you treat these as separate ICPs, or keep one company-level ICP and adapt your approach to each persona?
