Where do you find yourself more focused and productive: at home or in the office?

Honestly depends what I'm doing, whether I need to work closely with anyone and a bunch of other factors! Personally I think some kind of hybrid approach is best to maximise work-life balance while still being able to feeling engaged in work as not "just a job"
