I'm very productive when I'm in the comfort of my home but there are days I find the structure of an office beneficial. I guess working hybrid makes me the most productive

I like working at home, but the communication cost of working at home is high, so if you can improve the communication efficiency, working at home is a good choice
It does not matter if you know how to properly build communication with your team, competently plan tasks and distribute the workload. For these aims, you'll need a professional project management and collaboration tool such as Wrike, Orangescrum or GanttPRO.
We use GanttPRO (https://ganttpro.com/) - an award-winning project management software that focuses on professional planning and project management with the help of a Gantt chart. Our team has been working remotely for three years and we are constantly using new features of this great tool.

For me, working from home can be more productive as it cuts down on commuting time and offers a personalized, distraction-free space. But office interaction also sparks great ideas.
Home! The only problem is that building really good connections or friendships is really hard. I feel like more transactional relationships are built online.
@iuliia_shnai As a fellow founder, I am curious about how you solve this (common) problem of building great connections in your team.

I think its subjective in nature, regardless where you are, your dedication to your job definitely changes how productive you could be. Both home and office has external factors that could affect your productivity. It all boils down on how you work! Of course, if you have anything in mind, you can give me some of yours. Cheers!

We currently operate a hybrid work model in my office and I enjoy it. I am productive both at home and at the office.
I hardly get up from my chair when I work from home.
I play a lot of table tennis when I work from office.

I feel significantly more productive when going into an office. Something about sleeping/working/living in the same space just doesn't work for me when working from home. Perhaps is related to the size of NYC apartments.
