Which is more productive for you: working from home or the office?

I'm very productive when I'm in the comfort of my home but there are days I find the structure of an office beneficial. I guess working hybrid makes me the most productive

For me, totally depends on the type of work I need to do. I'm more focused when I'm busy at home. I'm more focused when there's less urgency to what I need to do when at the office.

I think a lot depends on a personality + list of tasks & duties + culture-fit with the team.

I prefer home. Even though I can get distracted with personal things, it's easier than getting distracted with loud coworkers and making sure I'm socializing an "appropriate" amount.

I always have to remind myself just how distracting an office is. Every time I stop for a coffee, step outside, stretch, or otherwise step away from my laptop at home, I feel guilty - but the office is FULL of distractions too! Now that I'm 90% remote - the office is great, but ONLY for relationships and human interaction. I don't get anything done!

In the office. While I like working from home depending on the position, it can become easy to be distracted. The isolation doesn't help either, I prefer to be around people especially if it is people/community oriented. When it comes to personal projects, via home always.

Home for sure, but I like to switch it up for a while and work out of new spaces a few days a month to keep from falling into ruts!

Home for sure! Now that wouldn't be the case if I wasn't married with two kids and a dog. Time is our most precious asset and I refuse to waste it in traffic and thru meaningless small talk at this stage in my life. Being in the office can be incredibly valuable throughout the different stages of your life though. I've met lots of friends and made valuable contacts thru in office work.

I prefer hybrid because while WFH definitely has its benefits such as time flexibility, saving time in traffic, etc. I have noticed that going to work puts me in a schedule and that often helps me accomplish more in the day and leave more time in the day to do other things as opposed to having an unplanned day.

Definitely working from home. The commute time is saved and can be used to work extra hours. Talking about extra hours... It is difficult to stay back in the office to work late, while at home it is not a big problem!
