Which is more productive for you: working from home or the office?

I'm very productive when I'm in the comfort of my home but there are days I find the structure of an office beneficial. I guess working hybrid makes me the most productive

It is difficult to say which is more productive for me, as it may depend on the specific tasks I am working on and my personal work style. However, I do generally find that being in the office allows me to stay focused and motivated, and I am able to get more work done in a shorter amount of time. This is likely because being in a professional environment helps me to maintain a good work-life balance and avoid distractions.

@ezgi_aydin For me, office would be less interference then home with my work, at home i easily get distracted by family members and so on

Working from home is super comfortable for me, but TBH I'm more productive working at the office.

@ezgi_aydin yes, sure thing! But I think the office mood, makes me very productive. I tried also working from different cities (as a digital nomad), but I do prefer at home or office

a combination of both seems perfect for me. Office once a week to set all necessary goals, make a strategy for the week and after that everyone can work from home knowing what they must do to achieve what planned

I works from home .It's our comfort zone but that comfort may be we will become lazy .

Having a good working environment at home is good enough. Although I do notice that sometimes it's good to be around people working on the same project, sometimes the best ideas come like this. In my opinion, the choice between home, office or hybrid depends on the nature of work :)

Hybrid is the better option for me, because I can meet with my team for discussions at the office and I can focus on my work at home when it is needed :)

For me, working from home is more productive because you have the freedom to do your tasks in your own way. You can focus on your work because you have a personal space, and you are away from distractions! That's it for me! ❤️
