Which is more productive for you: working from home or the office?

Hybrid is the way to go. Going into the office is great for your social skills, structure and productivity, and wfh is great for when you still need to work but without all the distractions you can have at the office

working with a deadline around the corner is definitely the best ;)

i think working from home is more productiv, but in general i think sitting in an office everyday for a fixed time is a realy bad idea because if you done with work, you just sit there and be unproductiv. Anyways working from home is better, own food, better work clima and so on :)

I am working from home for more than 5 years and I can tell that it is much more productive for me.

office!! for sure. I am a non believer of working from home. I am amazed on how people can actually be productive at home.

Working from home has been revolutionary for me. I have been working remotely since 2018 now. I spent less than 30% of my time in the office. It can given me more freedom, more flexibility and more leverage.

Only work from home. I'm not distracted by anything there. And in the office, you can get lost in conversation with the team over a cup of coffee. 😉
