Which segment of your project consumes the most of your time?

As a Product Hunter, the most time-consuming segment of my project is typically the research and development phase. To delegate time more efficiently, I prioritize tasks by importance and set clear deadlines. I also collaborate with team members, assigning specific responsibilities and leveraging their expertise. Regular communication and using project management tools help streamline processes, ensuring optimal efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Marketing, or more accurately thinking about marketing and how to get the word out.

Worrying if I'm describing my product right in such a way that the users feel compelled to try it out. ChatGPT only made it worse.

designing, writing, sharing. AI tools do the heavy lifting and I make proper changes.

The training process involves processing and analyzing vast amounts of text data to learn patterns, relationships, and linguistic structures. This step requires powerful hardware and extensive computational resources to train a model with billions of parameters, such as GPT-3.5. Once the initial training is complete, ongoing maintenance and updates also require computational resources. This can involve tasks like adding new data to improve performance, addressing biases, fixing bugs, and making general improvements to enhance the model's capabilities. However, it's important to note that as an AI model, my responses are generated based on pre-existing knowledge and patterns learned during training, rather than real-time computations. So, while training and maintenance processes require significant time and resources, the actual response generation during interactions is relatively quick. In this way you can generate power from different sources.

For me, content generation consumes the most amount of time at the moment. Understanding all the challenges faced by the technical team and other stakeholders, understanding how to make it easier and accessible for our customers to learn from. Since we are a academy, we focus on teaching. So content is pretty much our break and butter.

Writing product documentation.

This time we are depending on the stage of development of the project. At first, these were interviews with users. Even when development had already begun, we continued to communicate with them and look for confirmation of the need for the product and what functionality we needed. The second stage was development, of course. And right now, most of the time is spent on meetings with team members. Because of them, we discuss feedback, brainstorm how to satisfy the user and look for solutions for bugs. In general, meetings in my calendar are top consumers

For me it was/is: 1. Product design (from scratch) 2. Competitor research 3. Marketing / branding I'm kinda glad we outsources coding / development.
