Which tools do you use to manage your work and analyze the time spent on tasks over the week?

Do you take notes manually, or track time with tools? What about the analytics that you receive? Do you get actionable insights with respect to what you gave? Well, I think I am in need a tool for that as I've realized I don't track how much time I spend on a task at all. Subscribed!

manage work i use Trello but for analyzing the time I spent on tasks or just generally timing my work hours I use Hubstaff.

Microsoft Windows 11 Clock + To Do app. It's native, surprisingly comfortable to use (I expected less from Windows' out of the box apps). And Focus Sessions in Clock app allow you to choose a task from To Do app to focus on, and sum the time spent on a specific task. And they accumulate if you don't finish the task in one go, but focus on it daily-weekly.

Pen and paper! I tried all sorts of digital tools to keep track of time. However, I realized that the mere process of opening those applications took my attention away and lead to further distraction. Now I use a good old diary and pen to keep track of my time, write down my thoughts and plan things out
