I love having 28 days of vacation in Germany--but I think I might trade a few of them to have a 4 day work week! What would you prefer?

I am in favor of 4 days a week

Since I'm starting with 15-days of vacation, I can't imagine giving any of those up... But if I didn't have to do 5 days of work in 4 days, I'd choose 4-day work weeks of course! That's what? ~52 extra days off a year..! :D

More vacation days. I'd rather take larger, gapped adventures that I can look forward to than be distracted throughout the week for my long weekend.

If not possible for a full year, I think that a 4 day work week would be super impactful in winter months, especially in countries with poor weather!
Would give people more energy in the weeks were inspiration can be low and improve mental wellbeing.

OMG! I freezed for a second haha. I chose four-day week anyway.
Nope, I believe the five-day workweek works for me best! I'd prefer more vacation days.
My style is this: working regularly for long periods, and then taking long vacations.

Four day work week could help accomplish both efficiency and PTO. One of the big insights we uncovered in our customer dev phase was that people with more flexible work schedules (i.e. remote work or shorter work week) are way more efficient.
People are taking more long weekend trips than ever before due to that reason. They fly or drive somewhere on a Thurs, take a couple calls remotely on Friday, then enjoy their weekend away.
Curious to hear if people agree or not with that finding!

Good question and tough choice...

As a Sales Executive nowadays you are always working, so it doesn't matter!
