Hirevire - Watch every applicant answer your questions

by•
Hirevire replaces first-round phone screens with async video, audio and text answers. Candidates need no login. New since our 2023 launch: 1. AI writes screening questions from your job title, or turns a pasted list into set-up questions. 2. AI drafts a scorecard from the job, then scores videos, answers and resumes. 3. Rerun a score with a note. General rules go to the job's scoring memory. 4. MCP server: create jobs, read scores and move candidates from Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP client.

Hi Product Hunt, I am Sanat, co-founder of Hirevire. We first launched here in July 2023. We are still a team of two in Mumbai: Nikhil builds the product and I do the rest. Hirevire sends candidates a link. They record video, audio or text answers on their phone, with no login, and you review them when you have time. The work since then has gone into making each step of setup and review take less time. Setting up a job: type a job title and AI suggests screening questions, with a response type and duration for each one. You choose how many. If your questions are already in a Google Doc, paste the whole list and AI turns it into set-up questions, including multiple-choice options and required fields. Setting up scoring: AI reads the job and its questions and drafts a scorecard with factors, weights and rubrics. You edit what you want. The AI then scores video and audio answers, text answers, and the candidate's resume. Fixing a score: if you disagree with a score, rerun it and write why. If your note is a rule for the whole job, Hirevire saves it to that job's scoring memory and uses it for every future score. You can also rescore many candidates at once after you change the rubric. Working from your AI assistant: our MCP server connects Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP client with one URL and OAuth. Ask it to "create a job for a Sales Associate with these questions", "list candidates with scores" or "move the top 5 to Shortlisted". You choose read only or read and write when you connect, and the agent sees only the jobs you can see. Other additions since 2023: auto-disqualify on must-have answers, a question library and randomized question pools, Deep Search across what candidates said, invites sent by forwarding a candidate's email, HMAC-signed webhooks, and multiple organizations in one account. Which step of your screening still takes the most time? Tell me below.
