HoneyRuns - IoT detects it. AI plans it. A technician fixes it.

byβ€’
HoneyRuns started with mobile auto mechanics - giving them IoT-connected fleet data to show up smarter and fix more on every visit. That's live and growing. We're expanding the platform: any asset that generates IoT data and needs a technician to maintain it: machinery, equipment, commercial HVAC, vehicles - HoneyRuns becomes the AI agent that detects the issue, triggers the work order, and coordinates the repair from start to finish.

Hey Product Hunt! πŸ‘‹ Excited to share HoneyRuns with you today. The idea came from a frustrating reality: most industrial equipment failures are predictable. The sensors already see them coming, but nothing acts on that signal. Maintenance teams are stuck in a reactive loop: something breaks, someone notices, someone schedules a technician, someone shows up (maybe). It's slow, expensive, and completely avoidable. We built HoneyRuns to close that gap. It's an AI workflow + agent that monitors IoT sensor streams in real time, identifies when maintenance is needed, and then executes the entire response - finding the right technician, dispatching them, and tracking the job through to completion. No manual intervention required. The assets it works with range from industrial machinery and commercial vehicles to HVAC systems - anything that generates IoT data and needs upkeep. We'd love your feedback, especially from anyone working in operations, facilities, or field service. What would make this a no-brainer for your team? Happy to answer any questions below!

@aadhi_boopalamΒ It's a no brainer for us. We lived this problem firsthand!

Aadhi and I grew our own sprinter fleet across 3 states before building HoneyRuns. There was always this constant back and forth, checking in, and chasing operators to keep vehicles maintained. I felt like I was on the phone all day.

Then one day, we had a vehicle sitting during peak demand because it wouldn't start, and nobody owned it. Everyone pointed fingers.

We built HoneyRuns to execute work across physical assets and teams, tracked through to completion, to prevent last minute breakdowns and keep everyone accountable.

I've seen so many companies managing a fleet of vehicles struggle with this exact pain point. They've been flying blind for so long. When a driver has to manually alert the business it's already too late and now the vehicle is out of commission and losing the company meaningful revenue.

This is a great use case for agents. Parsing and analyzing streams of IoT data to make the perfect decision at the perfect time. Props to you and the team!

@magiusΒ Thanks Matteo!

It actually works exactly how you described it - an operator manually alerting the business, now the business is out $3k/day. The crazy part is, the data is there, it's just buried in someone's dashboard somewhere. With agents, HoneyRuns catches these alerts and resolves them in real-time!
