Hi Product Hunt, I'm Samih, founder of InboxPilot.

The teams that get the most from InboxPilot share one address, like info@ or support@. Sales questions, current customers, billing and the odd urgent problem all land in the same inbox, and the same few people answer the same questions every day.

InboxPilot is an AI email assistant for that inbox, inside Gmail or Outlook:

- It routes each new email to the right team (Sales, Support, Billing), each with its own label or folder

- It drafts the reply from your own docs, website, past replies and tools like Shopify and Google Sheets

- Nothing is sent until someone reviews it, and each teammate sees their team's drafts
