I'm a solo dev building Indistractable, an iPhone blocker, ending a session early means scanning a QR code you've physically hidden, or on the strictest tier, getting your accountability partner's sign-off from their phone. Mine is my wife. It's humbling.
Here's what I keep wrestling with: every blocker ultimately runs on trust. So for people who've tried blockers and bounced off, what broke the trust? Too easy to bypass, so it felt pointless? Or too strict, so you never dared use the strict mode at all?
We launch here on the 15th, and honest answers will genuinely shape the defaults.
