Would you trade a better tool for fewer apps?
You use one app for notes and another for tasks. A new workspace offers both, with one bill and no copying between them. But its task view is weaker than the tool you already know.
Keeping specialist tools means extra logins and connections to maintain. Moving everything into one place means accepting whatever that app does less well.
When has keeping everything in one app been worth giving up a better individual tool?
Name the apps and the task where you felt the difference.

I like having everything in one place but If the task manager feels clunky I'll probably keep using Todoist anyway.
a weak task view gets felt every single day, while the extra logins are a one-time annoyance. does the bundle usually win when the tool being replaced is only used a few times a week?
Less frequent use makes the compromise easier, but I'd compare the whole task. A monthly export that needs spreadsheet cleanup every time can still justify a separate tool. The bundle wins when it removes a handoff without adding rework.
