Can mobile phones replace dev laptops for quick AI builds?
byโข
Hey PH! ๐
Iโm a mobile dev who got tired of opening a laptop every time I wanted to build or prototype a quick AI mini-app.
So I experimented with a simple idea: Turning an Android phone into a standalone AI sandbox.
Thatโs how Acornix came to life (built with Kotlin + Jetpack Compose). It lets you build, test, and save interactive micro-apps/games on your phone using voice, text, or photos with local SQLite zero cloud setup needed.
When I'm not coding, I'm into outdoor running and tinkering with retro tech. Great to be here with you all!
Have you ever tried prototyping a project straight from your phone, or do you stick 100% to desktop? Let's chat! ๐
