For me it’s really about impact. Wanting to make the world a bit better and genuinely help people is a big driver.
When we were building an app for a company in cosmetics and beauty sphere, we kept imagining hundreds of thousands of people using it and feeling better, more confident, more taken care of. Thinking about those real people on the other side of the screen was incredibly motivating and pushed us through a lot of hard moments.
That feeling - knowing something you build can actually help - is what keeps me going.
