Hello from Japan — I run a hands-on execution & concierge support for overseas teams

I’m Takuto, based in Tokyo, and I run UNFOLD — a Japan-side execution and concierge support service for overseas startups and small teams.

I work directly on the ground in Japan, helping founders and operators deal with things that are hard to manage remotely: local coordination, execution, and all the practical, in-between tasks that don’t clearly belong to any single team, but still need to get done.

Rather than consulting or strategy, my role is very hands-on.

I step in where there’s friction between overseas teams and real-world execution in Japan.

I’m here to learn from the community, exchange perspectives, and connect with people building or operating across borders.
