And across all of them, one thing was always the same: hiring was painful.

So, my co-founder and I decided to build something simple:

an ATS that teams can start using in minutes, with no setup, no sales calls, and no nonsense.

We’re calling it Bipe: Fast, focused, and designed for teams that actually care about experience.

We’re not trying to reinvent hiring, just make it less painful and a lot more intuitive.
