I've also worked for years in BD & Onboarding so I have first hand experience onboarding new employees as well as the field I'm specifically targeting. Started Shortlist because I kept seeing the same problem: founders spending weeks and $20K+ trying to hire one sales rep when the whole process could be 10x faster.
