Hey everyone, I’m Sion, a solo founder based in Singapore👋

I’ve spent a while studying consumer social and putting my observations into a consumer social manifesto. I’m interested in what makes people return to a product, how friendships shape that experience, and why some online spaces feel more personal than others.

One question keeps bringing me back: we have so many ways to stay in touch, but how well do we actually know how our friends are feeling?

That question is personal to me. I’ve learned that someone saying “I’m okay” doesn’t always tell the whole story. Sometimes their songs, photos and everyday moments express something they find difficult to say directly.

That’s why I’m building Sanct, a personal network for close friends and family. It brings those small moments and conversations together, with control over who sees what you share.

We opened our closed beta on 23 August, with 158 people actively using it. Today, 15 September, we’re opening publicly and expanding access to our waitlist. It’s free to use right now.

There’s still plenty to learn and improve. I’d love to meet other consumer founders and anyone thinking about friendship, community or emotional connection.
