Hi PH! Estonian engineer building my first startup after years in other startups

Hey everyone,

I’m Ott, an engineer from Estonia.

For the past years, I’ve been lucky to work at companies like @Pipedrive and @Veriff . Being part of fast-growing startups taught me a lot about how products evolve — and how many invisible problems appear as you scale.

At some point, I felt I wanted to try building something of my own.

Honestly, it’s a very different experience. When you work at a bigger startup, there’s always a team, structure, and momentum behind you. When you’re on your own, every decision suddenly feels very personal.

The idea I’m working on now started from curiosity. While building websites, I kept wondering whether privacy tools actually worked the way we assume they do. The more I looked, the more I realized how hard it is to see what’s really happening behind the scenes.

That curiosity slowly turned into a product, and now I’m preparing to launch it here.

It’s exciting, but also a bit nerve-wracking to share something you’ve built yourself with the world for the first time.

I’ve been reading Product Hunt for years , so it feels surreal to finally post here.
