Hi PH, I'm Isaac. 200 dashboards by hand before I saw the real problem

by

Most intros start with a company. Mine starts with a number I am not proud of: 200.

Between December 2022 and November 2024 I built more than two hundred Looker Studio dashboards for clients, freelance, one commission at a time. 107 client reviews, every one of them five stars. Good work, happy clients, and I was still starting from the same blank canvas every single time.

So my brother Daniel and I founded Kodalogic in September 2024 and sold the dashboards finished instead of building them again. That fixed the symptom.

The real thing showed up one layer down. The blank canvas was never the report. It was the company underneath it: the data, the processes and the rules that nobody had ever written down, so every tool had to be told the same things from scratch. That is what Hellomatik does, since July 2025 in Madrid, and now also in the US: it puts a company's operating model in writing and lets agents answer, watch and execute on top of it, inside limits the company approves in advance.

We published the method rather than pitching it. "How we build a company's ontology" (2026) is a technical report with a DOI, so anyone can cite it or take it apart:

Happy to answer anything about going from freelance commissions to a product, or about what breaks when you try to write a company down.
