I’m Mandy. My co-founder and I are building TABI, which is an application designed to make meaningful insights more accessible to hiring teams, without the complexity of traditional BI workflows.

We both worked in recruitment and saw firsthand how BI tooling stops short of delivering what teams actually need. Hiring teams are often left stitching together reports and dashboards due to a lack of specialised resources and expertise. We’re building TABI to help teams make sense of their data by providing instant, actionable insights.

I’ve been on Product Hunt for a couple of weeks now, and it’s inspiring to see so many teams here building tools that help companies better understand their data. I’m excited to learn from the community and to share perspectives from our experience building TABI.
