Paulinus Jua | Building Raghim AI: support & ops on your terms (beta)
Hi everyone, I’m Paulinus Jua!
I’m co-founding Raghim AI around a practical question: how do teams improve customer support and day-to-day productivity across West & Central Africa and beyond without fighting where regulations and risk management say data and workloads must live?
A lot of “AI for support” products quietly assume conversations and documents can sit in any region or vendor. That breaks down fast here, and increasingly everywhere else. I wanted something that treats control of data and deployment as the product, not a footnote: assistant-style help on your knowledge and systems, not only a generic model in someone else’s default cloud.
Raghim AI (in beta) helps teams answer customers faster, work from internal docs, and automate parts of the workload, with answers grounded in your content, and room for agents to take action when you allow it. Under the hood we use RAG, with optional upload text preview so teams can sanity-check OCR / extracted text on messy scans before it counts. Workflows can also call tools (including MCP servers you configure). The story we care about is better service and productivity, not “a vector database.”
You shouldn’t have to trade speed for sovereignty: we’re shipping paths from a fast cloud-style app to managed packages and self-hosted setups where you can keep data and inference aligned with your requirements.
If this problem sounds familiar, especially outside the usual US/EU hosting default, I’d love to hear how you’re thinking about it.
Thanks for reading, and happy to connect with anyone wrestling the same constraints.
