Trying to understand why users leave

Hi, I’m Ridhisha.
I’ve been working on analyzing SaaS user behavior, mainly looking at where users drop off and what might be causing it.
One pattern I keep noticing is that users often become more active right before churn, usually trying to find value before leaving.
I’m trying to apply this on real products now.
