June for Customer Success & Sales - Connect your product to your CRM

hey fam! 😻 We're back with another launch, very special to my heart 💜 Back in our early days at YC, we were focused on helping our pre-seed and Seed stage batchmates. At the time you (and us) were focused on building a product only. Since then many of you have grown into actual businesses. As your organization got bigger, new team members joined, including Customer Success and Sales. As we grew with you, we learned your new teammates also needed access to your analytics. To help accounts get set up, to prevent churns, or to make sure usage was healthy ahead of contract renewals. We learned that accessing this information was often very difficult, if not impossible. Additionally, passing product data directly into the CRM was engineering-heavy and expensive. Today, we’re excited to launch June for Customer Success and Sales. This update makes sure your CS & Sales teams can get user insights and connect your product data to your CRM, so they can do their jobs effectively.
