Kito: Daily Reflection - Journal the moment. Understand the pattern.

by
Most journaling apps store your thoughts. Kito connects them. Every entry you write, Kito's AI looks across your last few entries together, surfacing behavioral patterns, recurring situations, and shifts in thinking you'd never spot alone. No mood dashboards. No gamification. No therapy framing. Just structured reflection that reveals what's actually going on across your entries over time. Journaling that finally thinks with you.

Hey Product Hunt! I'm Stijn, the maker of Kito, and I'm really excited to share it with you today. Kito started from a personal frustration. I'd been journaling on and off for the last few months, but it never felt like it was actually going anywhere. I'd write, close the app, and move on. No real insight, just a log of events. The idea behind Kito is simple: one entry is rarely enough to understand yourself. Patterns only show up when you look across multiple moments. So instead of analyzing what you wrote today, Kito looks at your last few entries together and tells you what it sees. A few things I'm especially proud of: The experience-based input model. Rather than asking "how do you feel?", Kito asks you to anchor your reflection to something concrete. It leads to much better entries and much better insights. The tone of the AI output. It's neutral and analytical, not motivational or therapeutic. It tells you what it observes, and lets you draw your own conclusions. The simplicity. There's nothing in Kito that isn't there for a reason. Kito is live on the App Store today and I'd love for you to try it. Happy to answer any questions about the product, the AI layer, or the thinking behind it. And any feedback is genuinely welcome!
