We shipped an AI layer that sees your entire agency workspace

by

We've been building Kobin — an agency operating system that replaces

Slack, Notion, HubSpot, and Linear in one workspace.

Today we shipped the AI layer. The thing we kept running into while

building it: every tool that adds AI only sees its own data. Slack's AI

sees messages. Asana's AI sees tasks. None of them see the full picture.

So we built it differently. When you type @AI in any project room, the

model already has your tasks, CRM contacts, vault files, calendar events,

and the last 20 messages — before you finish your question.

There's also a global command bar (⌘K) with full workspace access and

persistent chat history.

Full writeup on what we built and why:

Curious — for those of you running agencies or small teams: how are you

handling AI across a fragmented tool stack? Do you find yourself

copy-pasting context into ChatGPT constantly, or have you found a

workflow that actually works?
