The infrastructure layer for real estate listings

by

When we started building Landscale, we thought we were solving a listings problem.

We were wrong.

After spending time with real estate agents, we realized something important:

Listings don’t originate on platforms.
They originate in WhatsApp conversations.

A photo.
A voice note.
A few details about a property.
A verification.

From there, the listing gets copied, edited, and reposted across multiple platforms.

By the time it reaches a marketplace, it’s already fragmented.

That’s why you see:

  • stale listings

  • inconsistent prices

  • properties that are no longer available

The issue isn’t visibility.

It’s how listings are created in the first place.
