Good interview with Chrissie Brodigan, manager of user experience research at GitHub. Interesting to hear about how the audience has changed as Github has grown to accommodate non-developers and large organizations and how research is needed when you're no longer your own user.
It was also funny to hear about Chrissie searching past internal communications and finding some negative sentiments towards hiring researchers (as well as the opposing positive argument that led to her eventually being hired)!
