It would be great to have the size of picture recommended based on the quality of the file that is uploaded. This is simple to use and the prices are not crazy. Nicely done.
that's exactly what we do, Corley! After you upload, an algorithm detects the maximum at which the image will print nicely, and then recommends a range of sizes.
This is very useful! It would also be great if we could buy credits that could be gifted to someone.
like that idea, Larry. We are already seeing a fair percentage of these purchased as gifts, and plan to let you write in a few sentences that we would include on a card or inscribe on the back of the frame for you.
Very cool service! I spend so much money framing my shiznit and this is the solution that works for me!
Hey everyone! Maker here. By the way, we setup the link to give product hunters 10% off. Let us know if you have any questions.
I got a hugeeeee poster printed and framed by Level; the quality was great! Really made things 10000x easier.
Hi Everyone, thanks for taking a look! Level has been custom framing artwork for several months now. A lot of people were emailing photos and asking us to print and frame them, so we built this tool to make it easier. Drag and drop a photo - or pull one in from Instagram, FB, Dropbox, etc. - choose a print size, and then customize a gallery-quality frame to fit. Takes a few minutes, ships out to you in a few days, and arrives ready to hang.
This is awesome.
This is really cool. Prices are a bit hidden though.
I agree, but I think did a great job of making the onboarding so easy that users will just try it out, and get you into a 'sunk cost' frame of mind (see what I did there??) so that by the time you get to the price you're already invested. I'd be curious to know if you A/B tested this flow with/without pricing on the home page and found the current flow to have higher conversions.
Glad to hear it, Greg! Biggest size we've framed to date is a 44" x 44" art print.
Awesome idea! Any idea of if/ when you'd ship to UK? Could think of a few uses for Level this side of the pond :)
