What would you let ChatGPT do on your Mac if it had real shell + files?

I built Mac Developer Bridge because I was tired of copy/pasting context between a good ChatGPT conversation and the Mac where the actual work lived.
The bridge gives normal ChatGPT local shell/files, real PTYs, background jobs and read-only Codex history. It s intentionally not sandboxed, so the permission model is the same macOS user running it.
I m curious what workflow you d hand over first if ChatGPT could actually operate your local dev machine debugging, shipping, continuing a Codex thread, something else?

Mac Developer Bridge - Give ChatGPT a real terminal on your Mac

Open-source MCP bridge that lets ChatGPT operate your actual Mac: shell, files, real PTY sessions, background jobs, and read-only Codex history. ChatGPT stays the reasoning layer; your Mac stays the execution environment. MIT licensed and intentionally not sandboxed.
