MarketDay is a kitchen management app with 3 core areas: ingredient management, refrigerator tracking, and recipes. Users can search ingredients, add them to shopping lists, and manage prices, quantities, and units. The fridge module tracks ingredient status, including normal, near-expiration, expired, and finished items. The recipe module offers recipe browsing, custom recipe creation, and lets users add required ingredients directly to the shopping list.

Main Functions:

I. Ingredient Management

【Ingredient Search】Provides over 900 common ingredients that can be directly added to your shopping list.

【Shopping List】Supports copying or direct sharing; quick entry, automatically identifies and extracts ingredient prices, quantities/weights; to-do lists can be updated synchronously while shopping;

Switch to card view for more efficient modification of ingredient names, whether they are staple foods, currency, and weight/quantity units, etc.

【Homepage Grouping】Supports group management and view switching; switching to card view makes it easier to monitor prices.

II. Refrigerator Management

【Ingredient Filtering】Supports filtering by different statuses: normal, near expiration, expired, and finished; counts near-expiration quantities.

【Near-Expiration Reminder】Reminds you 2 days in advance when stored ingredients are about to expire. Daily push notifications for near-expiration dates

【Ingredient Management】Swipe left to replenish, delete, or modify the near-expiration days for ingredients.

III. Recipe Module

【Recipe Content】The homepage recommends the latest and third-party recipes, supporting searches by name and browsing recipes by region or flavor.

【Custom Recipes】Users can create and input recipes, with data stored locally.

【Recipe Details】Provides ingredient and cooking step information, linked to the shopping list, allowing direct addition (single/batch) of ingredients needed for a recipe to the list; official recipes can also be saved locally for further editing.

IV. Settings

【Language Switch】Currently supports English and Chinese.

【Unit Configuration】Users can customize currency units and weight/quantity units.

【User Feedback】Users can directly report issues within the app, submitting descriptions and screenshots.
