From Reactive To Proactive AI - Ting Week Ahead Upgrade

We’ve experimented with full automation, but it turns out it needs a lot of context to get right - and when it gets it wrong, the consequences can be pretty painful... when calendars, meetings, and other people are involved, that’s a recipe for disaster!

So we knew we had to step into this gently, the same way you would with a great EA: building trust over time.

This Sunday, we shipped an upgrade to Week Ahead. It’s been a bit flat each week while we collected feedback, but it’s now more comprehensive and useful.
