I would love to get feedback on the new shopping application that will change everyones life. The application is in the development stages, so here is a quick overview. Over the years, I've learned that great service begins and ends with experienced and friendly professionals, and I plan to being that dynamic to this application. I have taken the time to review a-lot of companies in the same delivery niche. So, you might ask yourself what would make Quick Shop your go to delivery service provider? Well here is a list of all the things we plan to implement that would make us your go to provider. These services will be broken down in two parts. First for the customer. Second for the employees. CUSTOMERS: 👯 1. We will offer 24/7 customer service. There will always be someone to answer your questions. We do plan to reply within a 4hr window (depending on the nature of the issue). 2. We will have different means of contacting the company. Phone, email, social media. 3. We will be honest, trustworthy and reliable. 4. We will offer prompt refunds (as along as its deemed to be a issue of our fault. ex: wrong order delivered, no delivered, over charging the customers..etc. 5. We will let you know if something is wrong with your order. DELIVERY PERSONAL: 💪 1. Guaranteed payment for work completed. 2. Tips are locked in 12 hours after the job is completed. 3. Ability to rate and give feedback on the customer. 4. Continuous low rating. We will train and coach before we remove you from the app. (If there is no improvement). ADD ONS: 🖥️ 1. Local delivery from any store front location. As long as you order the service we will deliver. ex: dry cleaning, Starbucks, Fridays... etc. 2. Quick Shop - This is your saved lists you can quickly resubmit the same orders. 3. Shop Online - You can request all your delivery needs. If you have an event that you need something picked up for we can do it. 4. Can be used on multiple platform. We plan to improve the experience for our customers and for our workers. We will have a rigorous hiring process. We believe that our team is the best in the business, and have complete and total confidence in every person providing our services. With this we are looking for the best. Quick Shop finishes each project on schedule and with the highest level of quality. With a focus on personalized service, competitive rates and customer satisfaction, we’re always striving to meet and exceed expectations.
