Just wandering, are there any limitations of how much information can the platform process (let's say in terms of tickets to analyze) by the LLM? Or do only the limitations of the connected LLMs apply here?

You can upload as many documents as you like into each agent's knowledge base. Additionally, custom data integrations can be added as well, like an AWS S3 sync.
In terms of the LLM, we offer pretty much every model available and the limitation is just when the context is full, however, we optimized this further on to store as much context as possible.

@sadullah The platform is built in such a way that enterprises can easily add other systems into it, almost like a middleware. In addition, we made it super easy to also add custom tools by an engineering team for companies that have this capability in-house.
