What you're building: We’re building Marmot, our core GenAI platform powering the next generation of Komodo products. This role owns our flagship customer-facing application — Ask Me Anything — which transforms 330M+ de-identified patient journeys into a trusted, conversational experience for life sciences teams.
This is not a “GenAI-adjacent” PM role. We’re looking for someone who:
Is hands-on with LLMs (prompt engineering, eval design, model quality loops)
Understands hallucination rate, latency, and cost-per-query as product metrics
Can define a 12-month roadmap and align executive stakeholders around it
Knows how to translate deep platform capabilities into customer value
You’ll operate at the intersection of platform architecture and real-world customer adoption — building a product that makes complex healthcare data intuitive and reliable.
